Social engagement
and social responsibility
are a top priority at comcross. Together with our employees, we work every day to create opportunities and push boundaries. It is important to us to understand and respond to the needs of society. We assume responsibility for society as a whole and support projects that are consistent with our company values. Our aim is to unite – and improve – technology, society and social togetherness.
With comcross to the trophy
A successful season is behind the girls of SV Leonberg/Eltingen. They showed great commitment and team spirit in every game and deservedly won the district cup.
The entire team was fitted with new jerseys by comcross this spring, which were officially unveiled at the last game of the season.
We congratulate the team on this win and look forward to more great matches in their new jerseys!
Creating trust and reducing fears
For over 25 years, the Olgäle-Stiftung für das kranke Kind e. V. has been helping to make hospitalisation easier for children and their families and to improve medical care.
The Olgahospital – also known as "Olgäle" – is one of the largest and oldest paediatric hospitals in Germany. With our donation, we support the horse riding and theatre therapy and thus the psychosocial care of sick children and adolescents.
Saving food and sharing it fairly
Harry Pfau puts this motto into practice with his volunteers and combines food saving, sustainability and social commitment in an award-winning project. Harry's Bude has been around since summer 2020 and the principle is as simple as it is effective: unsaleable food is "rescued" from supermarkets and weekly markets and distributed to anyone who asks.
One for all and all for one
TSV Nussdorf looks back on a long tradition. The club was founded in 1907 and offers a wide range of sports for young and old. Since June 2021, we have supported the team as a sponsoring partner and share common values such as perseverance, team spirit, fairness and cohesion.
In the 2021/2022 season, TSV Nussdorf became champions and the promotion to the Bezirksliga was done – thanks to our jerseys.
Awakening the sense of community
Especially in amateur and popular sports, many clubs rely on support to remain economically viable and to be perceived by their environment. KSD Hajduk Nürnberg football club stands for values such as fairness, respect, acceptance, non-violence, mutual appreciation, loyalty, integration and open cooperation. In 2021, the club was presented with the Nuremberg Heart award in recognition of civic involvement. There is a focus on familial and respectful togetherness at KSD Hajduk Nürnberg. Youth work is successfully practiced and implemented in a multicultural environment.
Accompanying young adults in life
The children’s and young people’s help centre, a special education institution run by the Youth Welfare Office of the city of Nuremberg, looks after, supports and nurtures children and young people who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to live with their parents.
The home for children and young people prepares children and young people for their life in society. It aims to help them overcome individual problems, eliminate developmental deficits, and uncover or strengthen resources. Young people should be empowered to participate in society and lead a meaningful, independent life.
Discover the world through reading
Reading makes you smart. Reading encourages concentration. Reading inspires the imagination. Reading is an indispensable skill that children need for their healthy development and in all life situations. It is therefore never too early to encourage the joy of reading.
“Conquering the world together through reading” – that is the wish and goal of the Mörike School in Leonberg. We supported the elementary school on the way there and helped to set up an in-house school library. The school library now offers the children a comfortable place of knowledge and retreat with over 850 books - and new ones are constantly being added...
Refugee families from Ukraine
Millions of people from Ukraine had to leave their homes. In Germany they have found refuge and protection from the war. Families with children are particularly important to us, that's why we have donated €5,000 for almost 1,000 tickets for the Blühendes Barock in Ludwigsburg (Baden-Württemberg). With this donation we want to enable a carefree day for the families.
